During registration, you will be asked to provide certain personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information — including the use of a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. fg663 will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify fg663 support at [email protected]. fg663 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on fg663. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under alternative identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, fg663 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and retain any balances in the duplicate accounts. The original account may be retained at fg663's discretion following investigation.

Account Updates: You must notify fg663 promptly if any registered account information changes, including your residential address, mobile number, or primary payment method. Updates can be made through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or trigger an account review.

Bonus Opt-In: Bonuses are not automatically credited to every Account. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonuses must be claimed actively by the Player via the promotions page within the Platform. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal). Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in any withdrawal calculation.

Eligible Games: Not all fg663 games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the default contribution rates are as follows: slots contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 100% on pre-match markets and 80% on in-play markets; speciality games (Teen Patti 20-20, Rooster Rumble) contribute 100%.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of activation. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been played through to meet the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each promotion is stated in its specific terms, typically between 7 and 30 days.

Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of wagering bonus funds is capped at five times (5x) the value of the original bonus credited. For example, if you received a ৳1,000 bonus, the maximum withdrawal from that bonus activity is ৳5,000, regardless of the total winnings generated.

Bonus Abuse: fg663 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating play with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, fg663 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the relevant Account(s).

Promotions Availability: fg663 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing bonus commitments already accepted by Players will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.

Players must use the fg663 Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or ongoing account management.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 18.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with fg663 team members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing anomalies in sports betting markets. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or identifiable error may be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through the Platform in any way.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits. Chargebacks are considered fraudulent activity and will result in Account closure and referral to the relevant payment authority.
• Communicating in a threatening, abusive, or harassing manner toward fg663 support staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to access, probe, or penetrate the security of fg663's technical infrastructure, databases, or server systems.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fg663's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. fg663 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Intellectual Property: All content on the fg663 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, text, software, page layouts, and user interface elements — is the property of fg663 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without fg663's prior written consent.

Force Majeure: fg663 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event. fg663 will use reasonable endeavours to restore normal service as soon as practicable following a Force Majeure event and will communicate service status updates to Players via the Platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and fg663 and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

Amendments: fg663 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, fg663 will provide not less than 7 days' notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the stated amendment effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you should close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

Waiver: No failure or delay by fg663 in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Privacy: fg663 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the fg663 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at fg663.org/privacy-policy.
